• Shawn M. Mccormick, 63, of Throop, was charged June 1 with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within the last 10 years.

• Matthew J. Godin, 32, of Keene, was charged May 31 in Owasco with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08 of 1% first offense.
• Jesse Timian, 40, of Syracuse, was charged May 31 with petit larceny.
