Schenck said he did not know where Scanlan was coming from or going, or whether alcohol was a factor in the accident.
The car that Scanlan struck belongs to Dr. Cyndy King, of Raleigh, North Carolina, she told 水果派AV. The car was a total loss.
King was in the area to attend the funeral of Marion Camardo, whose son Joe lives at 12 Fairway Drive. Camardo, an attorney, told 水果派AV he intends to "sue (Scanlan's) pants off."
