• Thomas Alexander Grant, 29, of Cato, was charged April 22 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Michael Dean Drake, 33, of Skaneateles, was charged May 1 withÌýdriving while intoxicated first offense and aggravated DWI (operating a motor vehicleÌýwith a blood alcohol content of at least .18 of 1%) first offense.
