A Cayuga County woman is accused of violating an order of protection after a domestic incident in the town of Sterling.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded at 8:38 p.m. Aug. 18 after a report of a physical domestic incident. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man injured from an altercation.
After a brief search, deputies found Tina Goodluck, 49, of Sterling, on the property with her child. The sheriff's office said there was an order of protection prohibiting Goodluck from entering the property.
Goodluck, who was arrested, and the unidentified man at the property were transported to Auburn Community Hospital to be evaluated for minor injuries. After Goodluck was evaluated, she was moved to the Cayuga County Public Safety Building for processing, the sheriff's office said.

Goodluck has been charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child. The sheriff's office said the Auburn Police Department responded to the public safety building and executed an outstanding warrant.
Goodluck was arraigned and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail.
