• Marissa L. Hudson, 31, of Skaneateles, was charged Feb. 3 with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs (first offense).

• Joshua J. Centrone, 41, of Weedsport, was charged Jan. 23 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
