On April 20th, Patricia Ann Delanoy peacefully passed away with her son by her side. Known affectionately as Pat or Pattie, she was a devoted mother, wife, and grandmother. Pat found joy in baking, exploring history, strengthening her faith, and sharing meals with friends. She cherished her time with her former coworkers at Welch Allyn and loved spending time with her sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews, and neighbors. For those who knew her, Pat was synonymous with laughter and long, engaging stories.
Pat was a woman of deep faith, whose love for God guided her through life. She found joy in the simple pleasures, especially in baking, where she created countless memories and delicious treats for her family and friends. Her kitchen was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the sweet aroma of her baked goods.
After retiring from Welch Allen, Pat enjoyed 14 relaxed years with family. Her greatest joy was being a mom and grandma. She treasured the time spent with her grandchildren, Hadley, Carson, and Camille Delanoy, engaging in arts and crafts, taking leisurely walks, and sharing heartfelt conversations, all while creating lasting memories.
Her friends were an integral part of her life, and she was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support. Pat had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Her parents, Olive and James, as well as brother Tom Hoff, and sisters Shirley Hoff and Jean Karlik preceded Pat in death. She is survived by loving sisters Barbara Gilmore and Loraine Pinker; brothers, Richard and Larry Hoff; son, Nate Delanoy (Liz).
Patricia was Aunt Pat to nephews and nieces, Sam & Jason Trigillo; Chris Reynolds, John Karlik, Paul Wise, Shelley Pinker, Katie Hoff, Larry Hoff, Lisa Hoff, Derrick and Darcell Hoff, Sam & Jason Trigillo, Craig and Sarah Gilmore (deceased).
She shared many laughs and stories with sister in-law Deborah Trigillo.
Pat asked that no service be held in his honor. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to charity of choice.
