A central New York man was killed in a two-vehicle accident in the town of Skaneateles on Tuesday afternoon.
Christopher J. Hagan, 37, of Oswego, was killed when his 2021 Harley Davidson collided with a 2015 Toyota Highlander driven by Christopher D. Harten, 58, of Cincinnati, at about 3:34 p.m. Tuesday, New York State Police said in a news release.
An investigation determined that both vehicles were traveling northbound on West Lake Road. The accident took place when Harten attempted to make a lefthand turn into the driveway of Anyela's Vineyards at 2433 W. Lake Road. Hagan passed multiple vehicles in the lefthand lane and collided with Harten's SUV, ejecting Hagan from his motorcycle.聽
