From the west to the east, Montanans were given a front row seat to the Aurora Borealis, also known as Northern Lights Friday night.
The geomagnetic storm that crashed into earth was聽"an unusual and potentially historic event," according to聽Clinton Wallace, director of聽NOAA鈥檚 Space Weather Prediction Center.
